Overall, Novotel Medina combines modern amenities, a strategic location and family-friendly facilities, making it a popular choice for visitors looking for a quiet, well-connected stay in Medina. ## Job Description Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel. Monitor competitors' prices and market trends to adjust strategies. Lead weekly/bi-weekly revenue management meetings providing insights based on reporting data. Develop key revenue forecasts and actively seek out opportunities to generate additional revenue across all revenue centers in the company. Conduct regular performance reviews and improve pricing and inventory. Mentor, train and develop junior team members in revenue management practices. Collaborate with sales, finance and front office teams to achieve revenue goals. Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team. Increase market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are used appropriately to improve RevPAR. Leverage your knowledge of the distribution landscape, including OTAs and distribution networks to improve hotel profits. Responsible for data quality and cleanliness A system of revenue and distribution management applications, platforms and tools used by the hotel. ## Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles. Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth. Proficient in revenue management principles. Strong understanding of the distribution landscape, OTAs and emerging market trends. A progressive, collaborative mindset with a passion to raise the profile of revenue management as a respected and valued community of practice with key internal and external stakeholders.
