Finance Systems Analyst

Job description

Responsible for analyzing and executing system testing activities to ensure applications meet defined business, functional, technical, and quality requirements. Analyzes testing processes, documents test scenarios and cases, identifies improvement opportunities, provides quality improvement recommendations, supports test execution for new systems and enhancements, monitors performance, and prepares analytical test reports

• proficient in testing process improvement and cycle reduction
• proficient in gathering and analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements
• proficient in assessing impact of system changes on existing functionality
• proficient in developing test plans and proposals
• proficient in analyzing execution and defect data to identify trends
• proficient in supporting test execution including regression and UAT
• proficient in providing testing guidance and quality support to users and developers
• proficient in ensuring testing activities comply with organizational QA policies
• proficient in preparing analytical test reports and quality recommendations
• proficient in governance compliance and audit support
• proficient in maintaining QA repositories and knowledge management
• proficient in cross‑functional teamwork
• proficient in process documentation and automation
• proficient in using QA tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or related field.
