About the Role: To manage a self-directed cross-functional team in the manufacturing and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiency in a safe manner. Job Requirements: • • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering • 4 - 6 experiences in the same industry and similar position • Experience in food processing/packaging equipment • Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English Key Responsibilities: • • Breakdown and maintenance management during shift at work. Meet internal customer requirements to ensure adherence to specified safety and quality standards • Coordinate task execution For planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is performing as required • Identify training needs for maintenance technicians and ensure required skill inventory is in place • Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action If you meet qualifications and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic industry, now.
