Job description

This role involves understanding the NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures. It requires planning and organizing to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long term objectives. There must be an understanding and effective use of standard equipment and office automation systems and software. Operation of all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. Knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in maintenance practices is necessary. Local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by the company must be applied. The goal is to generate the required output with the least required resources.
