About the Role: the employer is looking for an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Leader to take full ownership of the Health, Safety and Security function across our poultry operations in Al Shamli, Hail and Al Jawf. The role leads a team of HSS professionals across our three facilities, owns the risk, audit and training agenda, and acts as an authority on safe operating standards for one of the most demanding operating environments in the business. The role is about 90% OHS and 10% security. Welfare: Inspection of accommodation and care facilities as part of routine site visits. Collaboration: Work closely with the agricultural operations team on the interface between health, safety and biosecurity. NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice or NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma, IOSH Membership (Technical or Postgraduate), Institution of Fire Engineers Membership, ISO. Lead Auditor Certification 45001 is an advantage. • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
