About the Role: To achieve the company's growth goal by improving sales and distribution of all the employer product range in his assigned territory through strict adherence to company policies and procedures and maintaining the highest business standards. And sales ethics. Achieve product distribution throughout Commercial channels according to recommended portfolio to improve sales and increase market share. Keep wastage below budgeted level to improve margins. Ensure that all TC/Credit clients are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company. Set/review goals for vendors to achieve overall target goal for the region. Retain/negotiate existing/new shelf space to maintain market dominance
