Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes
• Local market and supply chain
• Proficient in AutoCAD and presentation tools
• Strong design, visualization, and detailing skills
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A strong the employer and the ability to think and create new ideas and dimensions
• Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good design and drawing skills
