Job Description Key Responsibilities Support department goals, financial objectives, and cost savings initiatives. Manage storage areas and maintain adequate stock levels. Performing tasks as assigned by the direct manager. Assist with employee training and work scheduling. Supervise janitorial staff and ensure compliance with department standards. Conduct staff briefings, provide supportive training, and support continuous improvement. Ensure excellent guest service and promptly deal with guest requests and complaints. Coordinate room allocation, screenings, and arrival room priorities. Coordinate with the front desk and manage guest requests, valet services, calls, and lost luggage. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, fire safety and hotel security procedures. Report accidents and injuries without delay. Support sustainability initiatives and coordinate special hygiene projects. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of room types, layouts, facilities, and cleanliness systems. Job Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma required; Qualification from hotel school is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within an international hotel chain, preferably the employer. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage. Smart, presentable, professional, and able to lead and motivate a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues and external parties. Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, interpret information and provide training. Strong problem-solving, organization, thinking, and coaching skills. Requirements
