Act as an ambassador of the Maison, leading and developing the store team through inspiring, hands-on leadership. The Store Manager is accountable for driving business performance, building sustainable client relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience aligned with the the employer promise. The role holds full responsibility for the store’s results, operations, and budget. ### Job responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team leaders to ensure their teams consistently deliver the the employer promise. * Identify, recruit, and develop talents while securing succession plans. * Translate strategic and business objectives into clear individual and team goals. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages ownership and innovation. * Drive the overall business performance of the store through a strong understanding of the market, clients, and commercial levers. * Build a loyal client base and ensure a strong client-centric mindset across the store. * Act as the voice of the store by providing insights, recommendations, and feedback based on local market knowledge. ### Profile Proven experience in luxury retail management, with strong people leadership exposure. Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and develop high-performing teams. Strong business acumen with a client-centric mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Comfortable operating with full accountability for business results and operations. Strong understanding of local market dynamics. ### Additional information ### Recruitment process About this profession: Shop managers are responsible for activities and staff in specialised shops. Typical duties of this profession: • Supervise the setting of the store objectives and operational plans, develop and coordinate the operational procedures of its employees, define and distribute tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. • General supervision of the performance of the store, follow-up of daily activities, ensure the provision of support and information to the teams and the resources necessary to carry out these activities and ensure that they meet the approved quality standards. • Monitor the grade and quantities of various goods and commodities in the store and coordinate with the concerned authorities in order to execute the necessary purchase orders in line with the quantities and specifications. • Monitor the compliance of the store employees with the directives and tasks assigned to them and ensure that they perform it effectively. • Ensure that the store management implements all related laws and decisions and communicates with employees to enhance their understanding and inform them about all the updates
