You will participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and software demos that demonstrate the value of the employer. You will support deals, participate in marketing events to generate demand and design design thinking sessions. You'll gain business, industry, and the employer solutions skills through a 10-month training program that includes experiential learning and mentorship from a Senior Solutions Consultant. After the program, you will lead customer discovery sessions, deliver engaging programmatic presentations, and support the fulfillment of offers and orders

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in technical and business operations
• Proficiency in the use of relevant technologies and solutions
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Know the basics of artificial intelligence, its uses and ethics
• Master problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills
• Mastery of effective communication and working within multicultural teams
• Master emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
• Proficiency in AI tools and techniques such as AI Adoption Mindset, Agentic AI, and Context Engineering
