Senior PDPL Consultant

Job description

The role supports the implementation, operation and ongoing compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) within the organization for a 4‑month project. Responsibilities include maintaining privacy controls, monitoring compliance, supporting privacy operations, and collaborating with business, legal, IT and data‑management teams to ensure alignment with SDAIA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Saudi nationality
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements
• Experience with maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
• Experience with supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Ability to coordinate with business, legal, IT and data management teams
