Requirements

• Previous experience in five-star hotels or large hospitality establishments
• High proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and building management systems
• Ability to manage the maintenance team, monitor contractors, and external maintenance contracts
• Proficiency in preparing budgets, reports, and routine maintenance plans
• Experience in managing operations and maintenance
