Director of Project Management & Delivery (Urban Core)

Job description

Responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Urban Core development program, including mixed‑use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets. Provides strategic oversight of project management, delivery integration, programme controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance to ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with approved business objectives. Manages risks, stakeholder and authority relationships, ensures quality and compliance, and leads the team while developing capabilities
