As an Associate Director at the employer, you will lead multiple client engagements and play a critical role in growing strategic client relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements, manage Managers and consulting teams, and ensure that transformation programmes deliver sustainable business outcomes. Successful Associate Directors combine strategic thinking, leadership, and commercial acumen to navigate complex client environments, develop future leaders, and drive sustainable business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong academic track record from a recognized institution
• 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, digital and technology-enabled transformation, or business transformation
• Proven experience leading transformation programs and managing multiple client engagements
• Demonstrates exceptional intellectual agility, strategic thinking, and sound judgement
• Strong programme, stakeholder, and engagement management skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships
