Handover / Completions Manager

Job description

the employer (the employer) supports Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering giga‑projects and large‑scale infrastructure. The Handover / Completions Manager leads the end‑of‑project phase, ensuring construction works are finished, tested, documented and handed over to the client in full contractual, regulatory and quality compliance. Develops a comprehensive handover and completion strategy, defines milestones, timelines and deliverables, leads readiness reviews, manages snagging and de‑snagging, coordinates testing and commissioning, ensures complete as‑built drawings, O&M manuals and regulatory approvals, oversees formal client handover and stakeholder inspections, guarantees quality to contractual standards, collaborates with QA/QC, identifies completion risks, implements mitigation plans and resolves issues to avoid handover delays

Requirements

• Proficient in warranties and certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of total project delivery experience
• Minimum 3‑5 years in handover, completions or project close‑out roles
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure or giga‑projects preferred
