Senior SAP PM Consultant

Job description

The Senior SAP PM Consultant is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and supporting business systems and processes that ensure asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence across the organization. Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and decision‑making

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Inspection Planning, Work Order Management
• Experience with custom SAP developments and integrations
• Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments
• Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting
• Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians
• Understanding of ETL processes and integration between operational and enterprise systems
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and system implementation
• Ability to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate end‑to‑end resolution
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity
