Job description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our specialized team. The consultant will lead design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules tailored to client needs; translate HR processes into effective solutions; manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables; provide strategic advice on best practices; conduct workshops, training, and change‑management activities to drive user adoption; collaborate with technical teams for system integration; stay current on product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
• minimum of 7 years experience in SuccessFactors consulting with a proven implementation record
• in‑depth knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning and Recruiting
• strong project management and leadership skills
• proficient communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• relevant SuccessFactors certifications strongly preferred
• extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with the LMS module in SuccessFactors
• proficiency in configuring and managing the Performance Management module
• excellence in Compensation Management within SuccessFactors.
