Job description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a meticulous Hospitality Auditor specializing in hotels with expertise in hotel operations and IT. You will evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and IT systems within the hospitality sector, enhancing compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management to support superior guest experiences. Responsibilities: conduct comprehensive audits of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage and other service areas; perform IT audits on hotel management systems, POS, network security, data integrity and IT protocol compliance; identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses and risks and provide actionable recommendations; collaborate with hotel management and IT teams to implement recommendations; prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management; stay updated on best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology or related field
• minimum 5 years experience in hospitality auditing, hotel operations or IT auditing within the hotel industry
• strong knowledge of hotel operational processes and IT systems used in hospitality
• proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment and compliance standards
• excellent analytical, organizational and report-writing skills
• ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders
• relevant certifications such as CIA, Certified Hospitality Auditor or IT audit certifications are a plus
• bilingual professional (Arabic and English) with experience in the Hajj and Umrah sector
• extensive experience in capital project audits and IT application reviews
• familiar with regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Tourism and the Capital Market Authority (CMA)
