Infrastructure and Stadium Projects Manager

Job description

Leads planning, execution, and completion of projects in civil infrastructure, public works, or sports facilities. Develops detailed plans covering schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to achieve project objectives and comply with standards, regulations, and company policies. Monitors progress, reports status, and addresses issues and risks effectively. Strengthens client relationships with clear communication. Implements best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• experience with project management software and tools
• knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements
• risk management
• proficiency in Prince2
• quality assurance
• compliance
• bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
• experience managing civil infrastructure, public works or sports facilities projects
• mandatory interface experience
• strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources effectively
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred

Skills
