As a Programs Coordinator, you will help keep program operations organized, aligned, and on track by supporting the flow of information, decisions, and updates across teams. Responsibilities • Coordinate program and project activities and follow up on action items. • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and progress updates. • Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and program documentation. • Support governance, reporting cycles, and stakeholder coordination. • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and client representatives. • Support scheduling, logistics, workshops, and program meetings. • Track risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and deadlines. • Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date. • Support PMO, project controls, and program management activities. • Prepare presentations and management updates as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in PMC or project coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Background in PMC, construction, or real estate development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience on large-scale residential or infrastructure programs in KSA.
• Project management coursework.
• CAPM, PMP, or Power BI certification.
