ServiceNow SPM Project Manager

Job description

Lead end‑to‑end project management for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations and upgrades. Collaborate with clients, technical teams and vendors to define scope, objectives and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, monitor progress and adjust as needed. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication. Identify and mitigate risks and issues promptly. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management modules
• excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM advantage
