Join Müller's Solutions as a ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst. You will focus on strategic portfolio management within ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and enhancement of SPM solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements; translating business needs into functional specifications and workflows; collaborating with development and configuration teams; facilitating workshops and meetings; supporting testing activities such as test case development and UAT; providing training and support to end‑users; and monitoring system performance to recommend continuous improvements in portfolio and project management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
• minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in ServiceNow SPM
• strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially the Strategic Portfolio Management module
• experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs
• understanding of project and portfolio management concepts and best practices
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
• knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus
• relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
