Job description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to implement and support ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. Configure and customize SPM applications to meet client requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to ServiceNow SPM. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of SPM modules. Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for teams and clients. Stay updated with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to continuously improve solutions. Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years experience with ServiceNow platform focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management modules
• proficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administration
• strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow
• experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
• ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions in ServiceNow
• excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM preferred
• ability to work independently and in a team.
