Finance Director

Job description

Leads all financial and accounting operations of the company. Oversees financial planning and the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Develops internal control systems and financial risk management. Ensures financial reporting and compliance with financial and tax regulations. Manages cash flows and improves financial performance to support strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• preferred Master's degree
• professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA)
• at least 10 years of experience in finance
• at least 3 years in a Financial Manager role
• prior experience in holding companies preferred
• experience in a Big 4 audit firm preferred
• advanced knowledge of IFRS, Zakat and tax
• strong leadership and analytical skills
