IT Technical Trainer

Job description

Technical IT training role for a 2‑week assignment. Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to participants' skill levels. Develop training manuals, presentations and exercises. Evaluate participants' understanding and provide feedback. Conduct hands‑on training on various IT systems, software and tools. Answer questions and resolve technical issues during sessions. Collaborate with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and integrate them into training. Maintain records of training activities and participant progress

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications and related technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly
• Experience developing training materials and conducting hands‑on sessions
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short‑term contract (2 weeks)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Certifications in IT training or relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer)
• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Previous experience in consulting or client‑facing environments
