O&M Senior Professional - City Ops O&M

Job description

The O&M specialist oversees daily activities and asset maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. Supports preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs and leads continuous improvement. Manages daily activity monitoring to ensure service continuity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with internal departments and stakeholders to develop operating strategies and improvement initiatives. Monitors performance indicators and takes corrective actions. Develops and implements maintenance programs according to schedules and standards. Reviews work orders and ensures timely closure. Supports asset lifecycle from operation to replacement and maintains accurate records. Ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and conducts site inspections. Manages maintenance contractors and service providers and reviews their performance against service level agreements. Participates in procurement processes and operational meetings. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and supports digital transformation initiatives such as CAFM and CMMS

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as CMRP, PMP, IAM, ISO 55001 or equivalents are beneficial
• Technical certifications related to facilities, infrastructure or asset management are preferred
• Experience in managing multi‑disciplinary teams and maintenance contractors
