Sr. Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure)

the employer (the employer), a joint venture of PIF, Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, delivers world‑class program management services in Saudi Arabia to support Vision 2030. We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Disciplines Engineer for a full‑time position in Riyadh. The project involves a large residential community with villas, small buildings, infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, parks and commercial facilities. The role reports to the Project Director and works closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering or a related field
• 7+ years experience in infrastructure engineering on large residential communities, infrastructure networks, utilities, roads or mixed‑use developments
• strong experience in utilities, roads, stormwater drainage, landscape infrastructure and sitewide coordination
• experience with PMC‑style delivery on large master‑planned projects
• proven ability to coordinate with Project Director, consultants and contractors and manage external stakeholders
• currently residing in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer
• proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit or similar design and coordination tools is a plus
