Müller's Solutions is seeking a Senior Ingentis Consultant to join the team. You will leverage deep knowledge of Ingentis solutions to help clients design, implement, and optimize organizational and HR management systems. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting services that enhance operational efficiency and data management. Key responsibilities: engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Ingentis solutions; design, configure, and implement Ingentis software to meet client-specific organizational and HR needs; provide expert guidance on best practices for organizational visualization, process optimization, and data integration; lead workshops and training sessions to empower client teams; collaborate with technical teams during system integration and testing; maintain documentation of consulting engagements, system configurations, and project progress; stay updated with latest Ingentis product features and industry trends to continuously improve client solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• minimum of 5 years experience with Ingentis solutions in a consulting capacity
• strong understanding of organizational management, HR processes, and data visualization techniques
• proven track record configuring and deploying Ingentis software tailored to client requirements
• excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
• ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• experience conducting workshops and training sessions for various client audiences
• relevant Ingentis certifications or training is a plus
