Service Charge & Revenue Director

Job description

The Service Charge & Revenue Director establishes and maintains the city‑wide service charge framework, governance model, charging methodologies and revenue optimization approach for Qiddiya City. Coordinates with Estate Management, City Operations, Finance, districts and delivery teams to ensure cost allocation, recovery and identification of revenue opportunities. Leads the senior manager, collaborates with Lifecycle Planning and Asset Management to support operational sustainability and financial resilience
