L2 Support Engineer

Job description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and operational stability across Linux, Windows, and network environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms • Perform advanced system and application monitoring & analysis • Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues • Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence • Support on-site technical interventions when required • Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors • Communicate directly with clients for issue handling and updates • Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions • Strong Linux / Windows administration experience • Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis • Good networking troubleshooting capabilities
