About CPECC: China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp (CPECC) is a leading EPC contractor in oil & gas. Role: Lead electrical engineering and field installation activities for oil & gas EPC projects. Review and approve electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and equipment layouts. Supervise installation and commissioning of HV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCC panels, and motors. Manage cable pulling, termination, and electrical testing. Coordinate with instrumentation, piping, and civil teams for integrated execution. Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-P), IEC, and NEC codes. Conduct pre‑commissioning, energization, and functional testing of electrical systems. Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection and commissioning teams. Lead and mentor electrical supervisors, foremen, and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years hands‑on experience in electrical construction and installation for oil & gas EPC projects
• proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage
• proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-P), IEC 60364, IEEE
• strong experience with HV/LV power systems, earthing, lighting, and cathodic protection
• familiar with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx) requirements
• ability to read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical drawings
• strong leadership, coordination, and technical problem‑solving skills
• fluent in English
• Arabic or Chinese is a plus
• valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
