Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP tant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions. Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations. Configure and support processes including: Service & workshop management Vehicle/service orders Parts management Warranty and claims Service contracts Dealer and customer service processes Pricing and billing Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. Support integration between Proaxia and other SAP modules/systems. Prepare functional specifications for technical developments. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support data migration and cutover activities where required. Prepare user documentation and conduct training for business users. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements. Coordinate with business users, developers, and other SAP functional consultants. 5+ years of experience in SAP Automotive / Aftersales consulting. Good understanding of automotive aftersales business processes. Experience in implementing or supporting: Workshop/service management Spare parts Warranty management Service orders Customer/dealer processes Billing and pricing Strong SAP integration knowledge, particularly with relevant SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
