Job description

Answering phone calls accurately and transferring them to the concerned authorities. Managing the visitor log and documenting visitor movement. Communicate with customers to ensure shipments have been received and there are no notes. Prepare and submit daily reports on customer evaluations and feedback to be submitted to senior management, sales management, and warehouse management. Communicate with potential customers to explain the company’s products and respond to their inquiries. Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and send them to the sales department. Follow up on sales opportunities with the sales department and document the results in the daily report. Prepare quotations and send them to the sales manager
