SAP Integration Consultant (SAP CPI)-Immediate Joining (3 Month)

Job description

We are seeking an SAP Integration Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join an onsite team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, supporting an MRO Inventory Optimization project for a leading petrochemical client. The role requires onsite presence per client security policies. Responsibilities include: defining and documenting integration strategy, architecture, and API approach; designing and documenting end‑to‑end integration architecture and data flows between SAP and external systems; analyzing business and technical requirements to select appropriate integration mechanisms; building, configuring, testing, and deploying real‑time integrations using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite; developing and maintaining integration flows for SAP Material Master and Inventory (MM) data; implementing integrations using OData, IDoc, BAPI, RFC, REST, and SOAP APIs; assessing need for custom developments; collaborating with business, functional, and technical teams; supporting client cybersecurity review and approval; estimating CPI message volumes, throughput, and runtime costs; performing integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; implementing monitoring, logging, and error‑handling; supporting deployment from pilot plant to additional plants; preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP Integration and Middleware technologies
• hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite
• experience developing and deploying CPI integration flows
• experience integrating SAP Material Master and Inventory (MM) data
• knowledge of OData, IDoc, BAPI, RFC
• knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• experience designing integration architecture and data flows
• proven experience designing and implementing real‑time SAP integrations
• strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture
• experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite certifications highly desirable
• strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas or petrochemical environments advantageous
• knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) a plus
• knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios a plus
• experience with secure connectivity mechanisms such as SAP Cloud Connector, OAuth, certificates
• experience supporting cybersecurity reviews and compliance
• familiarity with API Management
• experience in message monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational support.
