ServiceNow Cloud Migration Lead (Senior Consultant - Platform Engineering)

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Cloud Migration Lead to own and deliver migration of a ServiceNow instance from a self‑hosted on‑premise environment to ServiceNow on GCP. The role includes leading end‑to‑end migration planning, conducting full assessment of the current on‑prem instance, designing the migration approach, managing ServiceNow cloning, MID Server reconfiguration and GCP connectivity, auditing and remediating custom scripts, flows and integrations, coordinating with client infrastructure and security teams, providing UAT support, regression testing and post‑go‑live hypercare, and producing migration runbooks, risk registers and cutover plans

Requirements

• 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform
• at least one completed on‑prem to cloud migration
• strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture including MID Servers, instance cloning and upgrade paths
• hands‑on experience with GCP networking concepts (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, DNS)
• proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)
• integration experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO/SAML
• familiarity with ServiceNow PDI, instance hierarchy and clone exclusion rules
• CSA or CIS certification (nice to have)
• experience with ServiceNow Health Scan and ATF (nice to have)
• prior work in KSA/GCC enterprise environments (nice to have)
