ServiceNow Integration and Infrastructure Specialist

Job description

The specialist designs, implements, and maintains integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. Installs and manages MID servers and monitors their performance and availability. Supports authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO applications. Federa solutions build identity using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP/Active Directory. Develops integrations via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub. Collaborates with infrastructure, security, and software teams to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable data exchange. ServiceNow supports Discovery, Orchestration, and cloud integration using MID servers. Manages and supports services on Google Cloud Platform. Resolves technical problems and performs root cause analysis. Prepares technical documentation, engineering drawings, and operating procedures

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Experience in installing and managing MID servers and monitoring their performance and availability
• Experience supporting authentication and authorization mechanisms including SSO implementations
• Experience developing integrations via REST, SOAP and Integration Hub
• Experience managing and supporting services on Google Cloud Platform
