Technical Lead

Job description

Role: Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform. Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and implementation, provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, review code and ensure adherence to standards and best practices, coordinate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams for successful delivery, support system integration, testing, deployment, and post‑production activities, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensure application performance, security, and scalability, prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials

Requirements

• proficient with Skadina platform
• hands‑on experience with Skadina platform
• experience in software development
• experience in system integration and API development
• experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience including leadership responsibilities
• excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
