A Qatari investment company is developing a leading destination that redefines entertainment, culture, and hospitality in the Kingdom. The hospitality business unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets within this vision. The Director of Design Excellence role leads excellence across the hospitality portfolio and sets the creative and technical agenda from strategy to delivery. It leads as a senior design authority to ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-quality environments with strong commercial performance while maintaining innovation and adherence to the company's vision

Requirements

• Leading design excellence across creative disciplines and BIM standards and integrated resources
• shaping and directing design direction from strategy to delivery in line with the company's agenda
• coordinating creative design responses by integrating company, regional, and operator insights
• defining design principles, models, and standards for each hotel category within the asset portfolio
• leading consultant strategy and governance with scope, performance, and technical integration management
• enhancing sustainability and low-carbon design and integrating ESG priorities and Vision 2030
