Director of Infrastructure Planning

Job description

Leads planning and development of infrastructure initiatives to support the employer's ambitious vision. Coordinates with engineering, architecture and environment departments. Analyzes current infrastructure frameworks and identifies improvement opportunities. Prepares detailed project proposals with schedules and budgets. Monitors progress reports and provides insights to senior management. Strengthens relationships with government entities, stakeholders and contractors. Conducts feasibility studies to evaluate infrastructure investments

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of infrastructure design and planning principles, local regulations and standards
• proficient in planning software and tools for infrastructure development
• proficient in Excel
• experience with budgeting
• experience in project management
• knowledge of compliance
