Quantity Surveying Manager

Job description

Leads the quantity surveying team and oversees all cost aspects of large construction projects. Prepares, reviews, and approves cost estimates, budgets, and cash‑flow forecasts. Manages contracts including negotiations, changes, claims, and dispute resolution. Ensures accurate measurement and evaluation of completed work and prepares interim and final payment applications. Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimise project costs. Monitors and reports project financial performance, identifies risks, and develops mitigation strategies. Maintains compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations. Develops team capabilities through training and mentoring
