Job description

The Senior Supply Chain Manager - Entertainment Operations Maintenance (Supply Chain & workforce competency) establishes and governs corporate-level frameworks per portfolio: technical supply chain governance setting requirements for critical spares, tools, inventory, central warehousing and lifecycle support across the employer stakeholders; technical training and competency management defining standards, training pathways, assessment evidence and portfolio tracking; technical document control governing files, asset information, records and document-management structures and changes. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining frameworks, policies and controls; defining governance boundaries and monitoring implementation; developing the technical supply chain framework for attraction maintenance; defining asset, spare parts and consumables requirements; creating templates for technical requisitions and supplier performance; managing central warehouse receiving operations; assessing systemic risks and initiating corrective actions; owning the competency framework and tracking; monitoring data quality and implementing training improvements; developing the technical document-control framework and defining file and record requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, asset management, engineering or related field
• postgraduate qualification in management, operations, logistics or related discipline (desirable)
• professional qualification in supply chain, logistics or transport (desirable)
• experience with ERP/EAM/CMMS, document management or technical training and competency certification (advantageous)
