Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning

Job description

The company supports the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with its vision and operational goals. This includes preparing and documenting strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives. It also involves collaborating with IT and business units to gather requirements and align strategies with business needs. Additionally, it entails conducting research and analysis on emerging technologies and industry trends to support decision-making. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic projects are also performed. It supports performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators related to the strategy. It also includes preparing presentations and reports for senior management on strategy and planning. Participation in stakeholder meetings ensures alignment and effective communication. Furthermore, it supports the assessment and mitigation of risks related to strategy implementation

Requirements

• Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus
• Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
