Operations Director

Job description

Supervise daily operations across all café branches and the central kitchen. Build and implement standard operating procedures and operational systems. Ensure consistency in quality, service, food safety, and guest experience. Enhance operational efficiency and monitor costs. Track branch performance regarding sales, waste, labor, and profitability. Lead, train, and evaluate branch managers and operational teams. Develop reporting structures and accountability systems. Collaborate with HR and recruitment to meet staffing needs. Prepare the brand for future expansion and franchising, creating ready-to-use systems, manuals, and procedures for franchising. Improve guest experience and reinforce brand consistency across locations. Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance departments
