Assistant Manager - IT Security Delivery

Job description

Own build readiness, testing orchestration, and controlled handover while coordinating with the Design team. Enforce gates, close defects, and produce audit‑ready validation packs for assigned programs. Govern exit‑gate processes, supervise Go/No‑Go forums, and maintain change calendars. Supervise end‑to‑end test planning, ensure observer participation, and manage defect triage with SLAs. Maintain RAID logs and compile validation packs with versioned storage. Validate runbooks, monitoring, L1/L2 training, SIEM/SOAR mappings, and conduct stakeholder communications and weekly readiness dashboards. Track continuous improvement and change success rates. Lead security control evaluation, proof‑of‑concept activities, and implementation aligned with strategy and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent (preferred)
• 6-8 years of experience in IT security delivery, preferably across corporate and asset environments
• proficiency in governance of readiness and gate processes
• knowledge of test planning, defect and risk management, and validation pack compilation
• experience in security control evaluation, proof of concept and solution implementation
