Senior Specialist - Asset Infrastructure Design

Job description

Responsible for supporting the design, governance, and strategic planning of the employer's IT infrastructure assets, ensuring secure, scalable, and future‑ready technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Works closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to develop and implement infrastructure designs aligned with the employer's technology strategy, enterprise standards, and project requirements. Leads planning, design, and governance of IT infrastructure and technology assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture. Manages vendor delivery, resolves complex technical and design challenges, ensures compliance with security standards, and oversees infrastructure quality and performance. Drives technology strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement, acting as key stakeholder for cross‑functional initiatives, project governance, budgeting, and resource planning. Provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the infrastructure design team
