Job description

Supports technical operations, IT systems, and tech projects by providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Handles installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment. Assists in implementing technical solutions and monitors timely issue resolution. Prepares technical documentation and reports, coordinates with internal teams, and follows the latest technologies and solutions
