Job description

the employer offers a 4‑month Dynamics Consultant role within the Octopus by RTG department. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing entities, models, forms, and workflows in Dynamics 365 to support the leasing journey from inquiry capture and unit list synchronization to contract signing. Build and maintain integration layer to transfer data between the portal and Dynamics such as unit availability, inquiry routing, and reservation confirmation. Develop add‑ons, workflows, Power Automate flows and custom APIs inside Dynamics to automate leasing team notifications and approval steps. Model and maintain sub‑accounts and company profiles in the system. Support renewal and termination workflows ensuring the system reflects renewal notifications, termination records, and settlements. Create reports and dashboards in Dynamics or Power BI to track inquiries and conversions
