The Customer Platform Architect supports customers in deploying their on-premise infrastructure to host the employer products, conducts regular infrastructure health checks, and provides advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements. The role ensures proper infrastructure sizing for new on-premise customers, adapts deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and guarantees infrastructure reliability in supporting customers’ threat management operations. Responsibilities include guiding customers through platform deployment and assisting them with design and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Practical experience in designing and deploying technology solutions in internal business environments
• Strong knowledge of open source software and cyber threat management solutions
