Job description

Management and development of commercial services activities within the airport lounge. Tasks include supervising daily activities, coordinating, monitoring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards, identifying opportunities for service development, and enhancing the quality of travelers' experience. This also includes conducting periodic inspections and audits, handling complaints and operational issues professionally, preparing performance reports, and revenue analysis

Requirements

• Experience in managing and developing commercial services activities
• knowledge of compliance data analysis and segmentation processes
• proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• relevant professional certifications
• fluent Arabic
• excellent English
