Electrical Engineer

Job description

Management of commercial complexes, commercial buildings, hospitals and mixed-use projects. Maintenance of Low Voltage Panels (LV Panels), Main Boards (MDBs), Sub-Boards (SMDBs), Transformers, Generators and UPS Systems. Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnosing electrical faults. Adherence to the Saudi electrical code and safety requirements. Proficiency in the English language, using Microsoft Office, and reading electrical diagrams. Familiarity with BMS, CAFM/CMMS, D365 and AutoCAD is preferred. The job is for a Saudi citizen

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in facilities management
• Experience in malls, commercial buildings, hospitals or mixed-use projects
• Strong experience in LV Panels, MDBs, SMDBs, Transformers, Generators and UPS
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and electrical fault diagnosis
• Knowledge of the Saudi electrical code and safety requirements
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read electrical diagrams
• Familiarity with BMS, CAFM/CMMS, D365 and AutoCAD preferred
